30% Deposit to be made After signing PI , 70% before shipment.

4. Does SHELTER Provide Basic Installation Tool?
We provide ropes to connect the PVC sidewall and fork for helping set up the frame.
5. Do You Provide Any Guidance in the Job-site?
We will attach the build instructions in your products package. If you need, we will send our technology staff and project manager to provide installation guidance in your job-site for FREE.
6. Where can I installed the Tent Structures?
Clear span tent structures can be installed without land permission and foundation unlimited. You can set up the tent on hard land, grass land, or sand land. Also we will offer different fixation kit for your requirement.
7. How Long Will a Shelter Clear Span Structure Last?
In the reasonable using, the lifespan of the aluminum alloy can last over 30 years and the PVC cover is guaranteed up to 5 years. And Shelter will offer you a affordable price for component replacing.
8. Can Shelter Tent Structure be Relocated?
All of our tent structures is designed into relocatable construction. For the seasonal and regional using, you can dismantle, store or remove the tent to any location. Also, our tent structures are allowed to be permanent building as sport center, industrial warehouse or exhibition hall.
9. Can I Expand the Tent Size or Replace the Accessories of the Tent Structures in the Future?
Sure. All of our tent structures and accessories are made into modularity. You can expand the tent length by adding bay distance (the distance should be in original length) unlimitedly. Also the accessories can be replaced into new one, we will offer affordable price of components replacement to our clients.
10. Have Oversea Rental Service or Buy Only?
For more economical solution, Shelter do not provide oversea rental service. Since we are the clear span tent manufacturer, we offer factory price which without any extra fee like commission from trade company. So you will enjoy the most cost-effective product and tent solution from SHELTER.

12. What Kinds of Structures I Will Get in Shelter?
All of our structures are made with hard pressed aluminum alloy frame and totally waterproof PVC membrane. In addition, the tent structure is designed into clear span (without any interior column) and modular construction. Such kinds of structures will create the whole interior space for any occasion with rapid installation.
13. What is the Standard Size of Clear Span Structures in Shelter?
Shelter provides variety of spans option for our clients. The width can be chosen from 3m (10ft) to 60m (200ft) with unlimited length (expanding by 3m or 5m bay distance). In addition, the diameter of our latest product - SHELTER DOME can be optional from 3m (10’) to 100m (300’).

We have a series of strict quality inspection for our material. The hardness of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy is at least 250 MPa. And the thickness of covered PVC fabric is ≥0.67mm. The fire retardant of the covered membrane is meet to US standard: NFPA 701 and Euro standard: DIN4102 B1, M2.
